This soup is excellent in flavor, high protein, and the best soup in a can!! It is good for your health and body. So easy to prepare. I just open the can, pour the soup in my special bowl and heat in the microwave. That is the quickest way. You can heat on the stove if you prefer. Enjoy!!

This is good tasting soup. The ingredients seem "Clean". I rated 3 star because Bolo orders will always contain some dented cans depending on how rough the carrier handles them. The first time I ordered they were in a big box with small items and a little paper. Got several dented cans. I eat it up each month so I do not worry about it. But if it was long term storage I might be concerned. These have pull tab lids so be sure to check your seals. On a more recent order they came in a small box with less room to move around so the cans survived the trip with very minimal dents. I try not to order liquids from Bolo because of past breakage and spilling.

This is my favorite soup! I can't have gluten and dairy (to name a few of a long list of things, sadly) and for the longest time could not have any chicken soup unless I made it myself. But if you're exhausted, sick, or just want some quick comforting soup, you don't want to make a giant stockpot and all the cleaning up that goes with it. I have been eating this more lately during soup weather. I have tried other brands of gluten free chicken soup and they are "skimpy" and nowhere as flavorful. Pacific brand's version is more fulfilling and has a much more robust flavor. One can lasts me three meals because I add steamed chopped broccoli and a little water to each serving. I like all my meals with less sodium and a lot more veggies. I always have this soup on hand at any given time.

I bought this soup to try out some chicken rice soups. I am impressed with the flavor and how fulling it is.Great taste. There are a lot of solids such as chicken and rice and veggies in this can. Great value. I watch my salt and this soup is not overly salted.
