I have anxiety the reason for my purchase. Tried for about 1 week. They did not work for me, but everyone bodies works differently. And I could have needed more time to work, as well. Definitely worth a try. Overall I do enjoy their products.

I cannot even give this product one star. I am a nurse, I ordered this product as I have difficulty sleeping and magnesium is excellent for that. Upon receiving the product, I noticed the serving sizes two capsules, which would equal 1000 mg of magnesium. The daily recommended dose for women is no more than 400. This is more than twice the amount that anyone should have mail or female! This product is incredibly dangerous. Too much magnesium creates magnesium toxicity, which can contribute to a heart attack because the electrical impulses in the heart are changed when there is too much magnesium in the blood. With a whole host of other problems, nausea, lethargy, and weakness. Do not buy this product and this company Should not be selling it
