This is an extremely high build quality work. You get what you pay for. My only complaint is around the shape of the wok. It’s 12” wide which is a touch too small…it should have been the traditional 32cm (12.6”) which would have given you slightly more space. What makes this worse though is the shape of the wok with the hard corners on the sides coming up from the flat bottom. It should have been a smoother slope from the bottom up the sides which would have made tossing ingredients easier.

The wok, I believe is a little bit overpriced, but take the well-known brand into account, it might be worth it. However the lid is not suitable for dishwasher so you have to clean it by hand

Finger weg von diesem WOK. Die Beschichtung des WOKs löst sich nach etwa einem Jahr auf. Wir sind ein Haushalt mit kleinen Kindern, ich will garnicht wissen wie gesund das sein muss.Der Kundenservice sagt dazu, dass der WOK zu warm wurde… eine Pfanne die nicht warm werden darf. Wir nutzen handelsübliche Induktion-Kochplatten und stellen den WOK schon aus energetischen Gründen nicht minutenlang und unnütz auf die Herdplatten.Alles in allem mehr als enttäuschend, insbesondere mit dieser Antwort des Kundenservice. Setzen, Sechs!
It's not non stick, very high quality
Great for high heat speed cooking. When used on induction hobs, the heat distribution over the wok is good. Given the relatively small flat bottom, it is more ideal when used with gas hobs. This is coated wok, BUT NOT NON-STICK. Think of it as a easier to handle version of a fully sticky stainless steel wok. If you use booster on induction hob, it will instantly burn the food and everything will stick to the wok. Still, very high quality product, highly recommended as a step before moving to fully stainless steel wok.

El tratamiento cerámico que lleva en su interior facilita enormemente la cocción, a temperatura alta, y con apenas aceite. Como en toda sarten o utensio expuesto al fuego que no lleve agua o caldo durante la cocción, si cocinas a fuego elevado, debes remover con mucha asiduidad, para evitar que se queme lo que está más al fondo, que és donde se recibe el foco de calor en la pequeña base de esta gran sartén y que pueda dañar la cerámica. Estamos muy contentos con el resultado y capacidad, que da de sobra para para 5 raciones.
