The ice packs keep the peptides cold until we got into our room and then we put them in our fridge and on the way home we put the ice packs back into the case and it was great. Would highly recommend. The size worked for us but could be small if you have a lot of medicine you are trying to put in there.

Perfect case for taking with you out for the day or out for travelling. Keeps pens, wipes, needles as well as having the ice packs to keep your pens cool while driving or flying. Holds enough supplies for a few days, or longer if you remove one of the ice packs.

I recently used this on a two-week trip, and it worked perfectly. I have some mini-sharps containers that fit in one of the pockets, and other pockets held alcohol pads and pen needles.The cold part works pretty well, and about 8 hours later I found them still chilled. I didn't take a temperature reading, but they were still colder than room temp.The zippers are nice, and the case seems very well-built. I like that there are two separate compartments; one for supplies, and the other is just for pens. Basically, that side's a refrigerator, and the other is storage. The storage side has several elastic compartments, as well as two zipper pouches.I purchased three similar bags all at once, and this one was the 'keeper'. I'm very happy with this.Hope this helps!

Really more spacious than competitors. I own a few of them this carries the most medicine. Sturdy as well. Not waterproof though I used it on a recent trip where the flight attendants put it in a bag of ice. Wet as heck on the outside and inside. So bear that in mind. Still love it though

This is fantastic case for travel. I carry both an auto injector and conventional syringe. This kept them cold for international travel. Also carry them for domestic travel, have not and any TSA issues. Medicine arrives at the appropriate time temperature.
