I bought this supplement for the first time months ago and noticed an improvement in my anxiety, particularly with intrusive thoughts. I was thrilled to have relief from daily symptoms that plagued me and had no side effects. I got a new bottle right away before my other ran out.I've been taking them for about a week and realized all my symptoms are coming back, especially the intrusive thoughts, which only happen when I miss a dose or two.I compared one of my new tablets with the old. The old one on the right is packed tightly, while the one on the left the supplement powder is loose and does not fill the capsule all the way. All of the capsules in the new bottle are this way. I'm extremely disappointed.The absorption is 60mg per capsule, 112mg total serving. Adding a third would be 172mg (with a third fully packed capsule anyway) but I'm feeling hesitant to add a third capsule to my diet. Might be time for a new supplement.
