The package provided multiple sizes, which allows you to pick the one best for whatever you are doing. They are lighter weight than some other wooden boards. They seem to be holding up well from knife cuts during our first several times using the boards. I thought that they are a good value/good price.

I’ve had these boards for 5 months now. Despite regularly oiling them, they are starting to break apart. It appears they are separate, glued together pieces, which is fine. That is until the glue decides to stop working. Don’t buy these. There are others out there that are far better. They are inexpensive, but they are also cheap.

Well it is a fantastic price. But in the full description it says that the large one is 12 x 18 and that was the main reason I wanted these. I already have an 11 x14. The other boards are true to description size. It does show in the beginning the 11 x 14 and none of the other sizes, but in the full description it shows all 3 size dimensions and the others show correct size but the large one is not a 12 x 18. So what I am going to do is to keep one small one and the mid-sized one. I am going to oil all of them with my food grade mineral oil and give the large one and a small one to a good friend that will be very happy to receive them! I will continue to look for a larger wood/bamboo cutting board. Because I am retiring my plastic cutting boards. Hopefully these boards will do a good job and last a good long while!
