I’ve ordered this product several times usually just in the bags. But decided to go ahead and order the larger tub so that it would be easier to store while were using it. Just got this in last week. Opened it this morning to do some baking for the shop. It is a solid mass. It is not any form or matter available to use. We have to try to break it up in-house to try to use it.It has been stored in our cool pantry. It was not left out in any heat.Wanted to ask for a return or replacement it’s not eligible so we’re just stuck with us

The toffee bits have a rancid smell and taste bad as well, clearly an old product .I am a professional Chef and every staff member had the same opinion. I received them 4 days ago and Bolo won't take them back. Expiration date is 10/2024 Out of $ 42.99 not cool
