All the other salt supplements bothers my stomach. This one did not, and taste better in my jug of water. So I can take it either way!

The 5 to 1 ratio of salt to potassium, scientifcally designed for POTS management. There are but a few brands and I have tried them all. Many leave a sticky residue on the straw and glass; this residue comes from the binders and fillers. One of these fillers is stearic acid and highly toxic. I have found only two powders for POTS with pure ingredients, and even without reading the label I can tell they are pure because they do not leave a mess in the glass. I do not need my powder flavored, so this simple and affordable brand hits the spot. Post note: I do not believe this brand comes in non-capsule form, so break open the caplet myself and mix with water.

When SCaps became impossible to get, finding an alternative that worked was difficult. This product is outstanding and as we start our endurance training, this product is essential.
