First let me say that I'm very picky about the headsets I use, often finding them uncomfortable or awkward shapes that make them difficult to store or set aside. Plus my cat likes to chew on anything that sticks out, like the microphone. Plus I need to be able to use my headset on both a PC and a PlayStation. This headset fits every single thing I've been looking for!The ear pads are actually comfortable for up to 5-6 hours of consistent use. To deal with any tightness issues I just leave the headset gripping a box or my stand up fan.The microphone disconnects via a 3.5mm jack leaving you with just a head set.It can connect through a 2.4 GHz connection or Bluetooth. You just flip a switch on the left headset to go between the two. I have the 2.4GHz USB plugged into my PS and use Bluetooth on my PC.The sound quality is incredible on the PS5! I did take the time to set up the personal surround sound settings which really helped bring out the rumble of waterfalls and horse hooves striking the ground in the game I play.The sound level is also easily adjustable on the left side, but be mindful for those that are doing recordings it does not turn up the actual sound of the game.The color is gorgeous, and I'm able to leave my room and walk 30 feet away to do something in the kitchen and not lose a bit of sound on the 2.4GHz set up, have yet to try that on the Bluetooth.But yeah highly recommend these, they're not cheap plastic. They're sturdy, high quality sound, extremely useful and low stress. Best headset I've ever owned and this number 8 over the years.

I’ve been using this headset for a couple weeks now, and honestly, it checks all the boxes. The sound is super clear — I can hear footsteps and direction changes really well when playing FPS games like COD and Fortnite. The wireless connection is fast and stable, no lag so far, and the range is pretty solid. I can even walk around the room without any drop.The mic is detachable and actually does a great job at cutting background noise — my friends say they hear me really clearly in voice chat. I love that I can also just pull it off and use the headset for music or video calls.Battery life? No complaints. I’ve gotten several long sessions in without needing to charge. Plus, it’s comfortable — soft ear pads and not too heavy, even after hours of wearing. Setup was easy, works with my PS5 and laptop, and I like having the option to switch between wireless and wired.Looks sleek too with that shiny finish. Definitely happy with this one — great value for the price!

I bought two of these for my husband and I to use for our PS5s. We both pay together in the same room and often party up with other friends online. I'm going to break this down to pros and cons of this headset.Pros: Sound quality is AMAZING. The sound is so dynamic and crisp. It makes playing games even more exciting because I can hear the soft noises other wise I wouldn't hear having the sound come through the tv or my PS5 controller. These have some noise cancelling aspects as well so it really deadens the sound in real life which helps with the immersive-ness. The voice chat quality is also very good. We haven't experienced any grainy or crackling noises from voice audio. The headset is really comfortable on my ears/head (I've had others in the past that hurt my ears after extended wear) and the charge lasts a long time when using them wirelessly.Cons: Truly my only con so far is if you are using two of these in the same room be prepared for echoing and the headsets sometimes connect to each others' USB dongles on startup. The echoing is pretty bad, but we have turned our microphone sensitivity down and I think it helps some. Others have suggested to mute your partner in party chat, but I haven't tried this yet. There is also some lag in voice chat, but that is expected with wireless devices.Overall these are great headsets and I would definitely recommend them. Just be mindful of the hurdles of having wireless headsets if you game with a partner in person! If I figure out any solid solutions to this I will change the rating in the future.

I had to return mine temporarily, but I will be looking to re-order this gaming headset. I do like it. There is nice sound quality and good cancellation of noise however I actually had a slight issue with the Bluetooth connection on the other hand for my console. My controller stops responding in which temporarily disconnects from PS4 for some reason, and I would have to reconnect it (push the PS4 button) yet my controller was charged/charging. There is a wired option on the other hand and I had no slight issue with that. So far so good!Updated Review 2 (4.5 star rating to be exact):April 2025, and the headphone Jack is no longer working. That is only because the jack became loose and fell off overtime (after the weeks/months after the repurchase). I first began to have trouble with sound coming out of both headphones, and that is likely because the wire leading into the Jack (plug) was becoming loose. The tip of the wire was slowly exposing itself out of the plug/Jack. I kept repositioning (twisting) the wire and placing it on an angle which would then allow the sound to flow through both headphones again, and I tried to push the small exposing tip back into the plug/jack each time it was exposed, but unfortunately the jack fell out of the wire as a likely result (twisting). Wait right there. The product does come with a 1 or 2 year warranty, and I reached out to the company to explain my issue with the headphone jack/wire/plug. They offered to send a free replacement and I do admire this. Remember that you do have a nice sound quality and good cancellation of noise (plus it looks attractive, the colour/lights/shape/size), but don't let the wire/headphone Jack discourage you. This is just my situation, and it may not be yours. I do recommend making the purchase because they (the company) do value supporting customers which is extremely important for any product on the market so do reach out to them if anything goes wrong. Anything can go wrong with a product/item in general from wherever, but having that customer support is what makes the difference. I do suggest reaching out first in any case. In terms of the issue from 2024, I find that I have to sit close enough to my tv/ps4 for my controller to not randomly turn off while playing a game when using the bluetooth option however, it is the opposite while watching TV. I can watch a YouTube video away from the tv and not have that small issue occur (the controller disconnecting randomly). It's a bit strange, because the bluetooth does work perfectly fine with my other popular device (computer). Don't get me wrong, this product has been supporting me well so this is an honest review - April 2 2025.

Muy buen artículo, lo utilizo para llamadas de trabajo, se escucha muy bien y me escuchan bien los demás en la llamada. El único inconveniente es el peso, después de llamadas muy largas me queda un poco adolorida la cabeza, pero en general me parece muy buena compra, precio-calidad muy bien.
