As a supplement, creatine should be dosed daily. Having this on hand makes that pretty easy. It makes a quick drink, the taste is not bad or off putting at all. One thing to keep in mind is creatine doesn't break down into solution or stay in suspension, so keep it in a shaker cup so you can shake it up before drinking.Downsides, it's on the pricier end for creatine, but I personally feel the convenience of use more than makes up for that. The only other issue I foresee for me personally is the length of the scoop. The bottle is kind of deep and I have meaty hands, so it may be rough getting the last week or so of doses out of the bottom. Just big guy problems.I gave it 5 stars, small things could be improved, but the people who would want this product won't be upset with what they get. I didn't speculate on absorption as I use creatine daily so I wouldn't notice any jump in water weight to be able to gauge something like that.

The first time I ordered this a few months ago it was the best tasting watermelon flavor I’ve ever had. When I ran out, I was excited to re-order this creatine with the watermelon flavor and I was excited to find out they had a pre-workout option as well with the same flavor. Both arrived and taste completely different and worse than the first time that I ordered this months ago. I’m guessing they changed their formula for some reason, but I’ve mixed both thoroughly thinking that maybe the product had unsettled or wasn’t mixed properly, but it just tastes awful. I’m having to use lemonade to mix this to make it taste good enough to just finish and then I won’t be ordering it again.
