This is exactly what I needed. My Sniper EFI was running rich and removing the SD card from the handheld and plugging it into my computer was getting me nowhere. But, by plugging the cable into my Sniper and then my computer, it quickly showed me that I needed to update the firmware on the ECU. Once that was done, tuning the car using the laptop was a breeze. There was a load of parameters that were out of tolerance due to the outdated firmware I was using.

Tuning a 87 mitsubishi montero that has a holley super sniper 2300. It already had a holley cable in it and noticed and slight bump or move would disconnect me from logging.Purchased thos cable just to give it a try.Surprising it works and seemed quite faster ( I guess done to the good connection) on transferring data. I going to continue to use and see how long it lasts for.

Does not work on a Holley Xmax as claimed. The plug that connects to the Holley cable only has 2 wires a negative and a positive. No wires to send data to the laptop. The Holley plug has 4 wires this cable has 2. See attached photo.
