Was able to connect and load a base tune. 5 minutes into the road tuning it lost connection and never was able to regain it. The USB chip burned outJunkIll stick to the overpriced holley cable and separate splitter

I was worried about the quality. But all the pins are tightly secured and the USB plug is just fine. The USB cable is thick as well which is nice. For 30 dollars less than Holley, I'd say it's just fine for a 4 wire splitter. The male connector is a little loose but if you make sure it gently snaps to lock into the other connector it works just fine. I have had no connection issues thus far and will edit my review if this changes.I am extremely confident this is just a 4 pin connector splitter and anyone who can solder and has a couple generic plastic connectors could make the same thing in an afternoon.

Yes, I wasted my money on this too. I was hoping the poor reviews were just a bad batch. But it is not functioning. Yes, I updated to V3 on both the handheld and ecu. Tried mutiple times and it does not work.I also cannot return it due to the return window slammed shut. Figures. Low quality garbage.Save your money and buy the quality Holley units.

The first one would not work but I think it was the firmware update I used was incorrect, had the same issue with second one so I redid the update and everything worked perfectly, they did replace without issue. So the hand held and the laptop works fine. Only complaint would be I had to buy a USB cover cap , it should come with one because it lives on the floorboards.

The connection between your computer and ECU will disconnect randomly, while you're trying to tune your vehicle. This is cheaper yeah but it's garbage. I'm going to throw this out and buy the Holley one. Don't try to save money here.

Used this to be able to keep the 3.5 display on whole datalogging on the laptop and it works great and plenty long to make tuning adjustments from outside of the car if needed

Well I thought I could save some money, well my experience with this cable wasn’t goodIt’s didn’t work, out of the box, it was packaged great,looks great but would not work in both my terminator control vehicles.I ended up buying the actual two Holley cables (1st pic) and it connected right awayIt’s too bad cause the price was right.

I was worried about the quality. But all the pins are tightly secured and the USB plug is just fine. The USB cable is thick as well which is nice.
