I got the warmer and used it for my daughter’s wedding for Carmel and Got Fridge. One side did not heat at all. Was just passed the date for Bolo to return or refund it. I was told to contact the manufacture. Started a conversation with the manufacture and they wanted pictures and a video of what was wrong with it. I sent them and a month later I was sent parts to fix it. Tried putting the parts in, which I shouldn’t have, and one part was not the same replacement part. When I got it to fit, both sides stopped working. Contacted the manufacture again and they took two months to get back to me. They wanted more pictures and videos. I said no and the wanted to give my $80 as a refund. I ordered another one while I was waiting and the same side did not work. I had to call Bolo to help and the gave me a refund and ok me return it. DON’T GET THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT THE SELL!

So easy and convenient to use. We sold pretzels with cheese sauce for Oktoberfest and clean-up was almost zero. Considering buying a second one.

Purchased this in March to use in a concession stand for a school sports. At first it worked great but then the problems started. The pumps because hard to pump at times and required a tall muscular person to push them a few times before they worked properly. Then the right warmer completely quit working. By late June the left warmer had quit working. Disappointed to say the least. Warranty instructions say to contact the seller which I cannot find a way to do.

Bought to use in concession stand. First time we plugged it up one side didn’t heat and the cheese came up through pumps. So disappointed. By the time we used it was already too late to send back.
