After taking it, I am no longer hungry. I started out taking one with a lot of water, and when that seemed fine, I took another.. so two total to start. I have taken glucomannan before by itself so I knew it seemed fine for me and I never had any bad reactions to it. I have also taken chromium picolinate before by itself a long time ago with very good results. I feel like this works way better than the glucomannan I tried before though, not sure why! I have never taken the two together at the same time, so perhaps they are more effective together. This supplement is quite expensive and you could probably save money if you ordered the two things separately, but I like the convenience of it and it does seem to suppress my appetite way better than the glucomannan I took before, even though I actually took more of it then, so it's clearly very good quality. Shipping took way longer than it was supposed to, which I'm not happy about, but it got here at least. I will post an update in a few weeks on how well it's working for me.. this is my very first day trying it. But so far I am impressed!! It at least seems to actually do what it says it does, unlike most "appetite suppressants".. I have another supplement that kinda has the same effect but with very different ingredients.. unfortunately it hurts my stomach a little, so I don't like to take it much. This one doesn't.

Edited to add: a few days after posting the review below, I was contacted by the company and offered a full refund, even though the return window was closed. The refund was processed within a few days I did not have the send the product back. I was very happy they reached out to me.While I was using this for about a week, I went for a routine blood test and there was a problem with my kidney functions. I had never had this result and I had no risk factors. My doctor told me to stop taking this and repeat the blood test in a few weeks. When I did my kidney functions were fine. My doctor recommended I stop taking this because it was likely the cause of the test results. For the week I was taking it I didn't really feel a difference.

I’ve been using Unalthered for 2 months now. The first month was impressive—I lost 10 pounds without any major changes to my routine besides being more mindful of what I ate. I had more energy and less appetite, which helped a lot.However, the second month didn’t bring the same results. My weight plateaued despite sticking to the same routine. It could be my body adjusting, or maybe I need to tweak my diet or activity level to keep seeing progress.Overall, it’s a solid product to kickstart weight loss, but don’t expect it to carry all the weight (pun intended) long-term. I’d recommend pairing it with healthy habits for the best results.

I thought I bought this for appetite suppression, but it turns out the bigger problem had been craving suppression. Yes, I wanted to eat pretty much constantly, but rather than hunger, the drive was because I was having such strong cravings for particular foods that it bordered on obsession, and I felt like I had to satisfy it just to get on with whatever I was doing.This stopped it literally day 1.My routine: I take one pill when I wake up, 1 pill about mid-day, then 1 before dinner if we are having something quite heavy, and I always always drink a ton of water throughout the day.Before, I was able to successfully do one-meal-a-day intermittent fasting, but it required torturing myself and by the time dinner came around I'd be delirious with hunger, feel awful, and then just go nuts eating dinner. Now I can (to some extent) decide when to feel hungry, how hungry to feel, and in-between I feel physically and mentally normal. Its crazy how much I felt like I was being held hostage by my own thoughts, so having some control has helped my mental health tremendously. I don't find that it gives me energy or anything like that, but making my brain shut the hell up about food I find I'm a lot more focused and performative at work. That said, I'm totally ashamed by that humiliating bottle & packaging and immediately bought a cute more discreet canister.Anyway, $45 is a lot for mysterious supplement you can't return, but the reduction in daily emotion baggage has been so worth it.

This is my second bottle, and I am not sure just yet. I have not had a bad reaction to the pills, nor have I lost weight. I do know that it takes time, there is no "magic pill" for weight loss that will undo what it took more than a minute to add the extra weight. I am going to give it another month because I have not gained weight, and my food cravings seem to be less.

I bought this to try, and I have to say it’s working. I wanted to wait to see some results before reviewing. I bought this one month ago. I followed the instructions and took only 1 pill to start, and have kept it up as I don’t think I need to take two at a time.My experience may have been different from others, but for the first few days of taking these, I had loose stools all day for about 3 days. My body just wasn’t used to so much fiber I guess and needed to be cleaned out, but after 3 days I was ok. I’ve been consistent with these, and it’s been one month and I’ve lost 5.5 lbs. I either take one pill for breakfast and 1 for lunch, or one for all 3 meals for the day. It has helped me curb my cravings for sweets and snacks, which is major for me. I really like them and will continue to use them until I reach my goal weight.I’ll update after month two of taking them. ***
