5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for me..
Nice little unit, doesn't have fancy packaging or anything but the water tastes good, filters fairly quick and the filter replacement indicator is a nice touch.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality and easy to use.
The Brita Everyday Elite Pitcher is easy to use and clean, fits perfectly in my fridge, and makes tap water taste clean and fresh. The filter indicator and sleek design are great bonuses, highly recommend!
5.0 out of 5 stars Filters water but breaks easily
It cracked during the delivery. I tested the water before returning the product and it tastes great. Going to return and get another.
4.0 out of 5 stars Nice pitcher, but I may die of thirst while waiting for it to filter.
We have a well that produces very good tasting water, but does contain minerals that seem to eventually kill all of our appliances. We purchased this Brita pitcher with Elite filter to take the place of gallon jugs of spring water that we use to fill our Breville Barista Touch coffee maker and our Euhomy countertop ice maker (both are awesome and recommend both). This is a nice and simple water pitcher. There are four parts to this pitcher: lid, filtering reservoir, Elite filter, and clear plastic pitcher. This is very easy to take apart, change filters, and clean. The lid has a round hinged pop-up lid that opens by pressing a thumb button on the top of the lid near the pitcher handle. The pitcher also has a button under the lid that you press during set up that provides a green, yellow, or red filter life indicator light when pouring the water. Filling the filtering reservoir once will filter enough water to fill the pitcher approximately 1/2 way full. The instructions say that you need to fill and dump the pitcher three times after adding a new filter--this must be some kind of filter priming process. I do like this pitcher and how well it filters the water. I can definitely tell the difference between the unfiltered vs filtered well water--so I know for a fact that the Elite filter works. My only slight complaint is that this pitcher takes what seems like forever to fill--probably due to the super-mega filtering ability of the Elite filter. I haven't actually timed it but mine seems to take probably 8-10 minutes to filter--and at least double that if you fill it for a second time in order to completely fill the pitcher. So worst case scenario, if I want to fill the coffee maker, the ice maker, and then have a full pitcher full of cold water to on reserve in the refrigerator, it would take me about a 1/2 hour because i have to fill and filter the filter reservoir six times. Therefore, for us, it is a must to keep the refrigerator pitcher full at all times to cut down on the filtering wait time.We drink a lot of ice water. If I was looking for something as my family's primary water source, then I would probably go with one of the large square or rectangle refrigerator jugs with the pour spout. Otherwise, it is a nice pitcher, it just takes a long time to fill--but the water is super filtered when complete.I recommend this product.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good price ,works as it should
well made looks good seems to filter the well water well. fits in front door of fridge easily. I would buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Clean and fast water
Incredible product, very easy to fill and put back into fridge, the notification light for the filter is very helpful and the filters slot in easier than my old larger Brita model. Water tastes very clean with the Elite filters and it still holds plenty of water despite being smaller than the huge one I had (Easier to move when full!)
1.0 out of 5 stars Was doing good until I noticed a freaking crack in it
I bought this in January 2024 (so almost 2 months ago at the time of writing this). I wanted to stop drinking from plastic bottles. I settled for this one because I wanted something inexpensive but with good reviews until I could afford to get water filtering put in the sink where I live. I live in the Southeastern US and the tap water tastes like metal pool water. You can smell it. I was shocked at how good the filtered water is. I was fully prepared to return this and didn't expect it to be able to make our gross water tolerable, but I was amazed that it does! I don't know if it took some getting used to, or if the pitcher needed more times than the instructions say to run water through it before it's good to go, but by this afternoon I was fully drinking only this for water and enjoying the extra money in my pocket no longer being spent on packs of plastic bottles. This afternoon as I was going to fill it back up, I noticed that the pitcher is cracked. I don't throw this thing around and I treat it with care. I put some of that tape on it that's made for leaks for now and I have emailed Brita for support, as I am now currently outside of my return window through Bolo. I will update my review once I hear back from Brita and see what they have to offer for a resolution. At this point, I am pretty frustrated that this is happening so soon after buying it, but hopefully Brita support will come through for me.Edit (3 weeks later): Contacting Brita support went well, but it was annoying to deal with their forms with the information for my pitcher with the little information you get from the Bolo order. Their forms to get the process going are not Bolo order friendly. The names of the pitchers on their side are not the same as what it says here, so it took me 20 minutes to figure out and hope that I was telling them the right model that was in question for the warranty. They offered to ship me a replacement straight out. They said the replacement would fulfill the warranty, and any further issues with the replacement pitcher would not also be guaranteed to be covered. I haven't dealt with warrantys much before, but that didn't exactly make me feel good to read given that my first pitcher from them only made it 3 months. That being said, they did say that if anything happens to the replacement that I could reach out to them all the same.So they told me to wait up to 14 business days for the replacement. Today was about that much time. I emailed to ask for a status update, since tracking was not provided for the replacement. The way their reply was worded was a little confusing, but I get the impression that they may have or may not have attempted to send the replacement; the replacement pitcher model is now apparently out of stock (even though it is apparently quite purchaseable from Bolo as I type this); and now I will be sent a refund check (hopefully). If I do or do not manage to get that, I will edit this again to update. Regardless of the outcome, I'm leaning towards never buying a Brita pitcher again if I can stand it probably.Edit 2: It has been 7 business days since I was told I would receive a refund check by mail. There is no tracking available on this. I will reach out if I don't receive it within the 14 business days. As I type this, the same pitcher is still readily available to order through Bolo. I ended up finding out that while I was waiting 14 business days for my replacement pitcher to arrive originally, that apparently the fulfillment center cancelled the request for the pitcher to be sent to me all together because they claimed it was out of stock, and I received no notification of this (nor did they notify the agent who I had been working with, I think; or if they did, they didn't notify me either). The professionalism of the person I corresponded with at Brita seems to have been top notch and they claimed that they would be sharing details of this experience with their team. No amount of professionalism can make up for how bizarre this whole situation is though. I will update when I do or not get the check.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Filtration, Great Tasting Water!
Product came in excellent condition. Easy to open, clean & set up. Tap water is tasting better than ever!
Short-life battery
The idea to go for Elite is no more frequent filter replacement. But it’s meaningless if the indicator doesn’t work. The indicator light was completely off after less than 3 months (most likely end of battery life).
Filter lasted 4 months
Easy to use, quick to filter, big enough capacity so I would recommendAll I would say is there are only two of us probably not drinking enough water lol and the filter lasted 4 months.Wish it was easier to get the replacements in the UK too - couldn't find on Bolo.Brita UK is a different franchise and basically their water filters and jugs are a waste of time - they don't filter out any contaminants - just make the water 'taste better' whatever that means!
Excellent produit
Excellenet produit...donne une eau de qualité et bonne au goût (enlève souffre et chlore)Je recommande fortement.
Jarra de agua
Excelente producto, yo uso esa marca de la vida
Amazing upgrade from the old version
The filter now lasts so much longer I dont have to repeatedly change the filter
