I purchased this Dyson, within 10 days started having issues. called support twice; was told on last call to bring it to a Dyson store so they can try and fix it. I don't have time to be lugging this thing over, wait for God knows how long, its only worked for 10 days, i cant imagine it lasting for years.I'll never purchase any Dyson product going forward.

I’ve only had it for two weeks, used in a small 800 SF room/apartment. Outside humidity is in the 20-40% range. Was looking for something to keep the indoor humidity around 40%. I’ve only filled it with reverse osmosis water so there is no mineral content in the water.Pros: it looks nice and the app and features of sensors appear to work like they should.Cons: it only raises the humidity in the room by 5% with it running on full power for 24hrs. The indoor humidity doesn’t get over 33% even when the machine is set to target 70%. It uses about the whole container of water in 24 hours which tells me it’s functioning properly, it just can’t do the job. I inspected the wicking material and there seems to be some growth of something on one end of the wicking cloth. Not sure what it is? Having worked with Dyson for warranty on a vacuum before, I don’t want to deal with that process again, so I’m returning it within the Bolo return window. Also, the reviews on the Dyson website are terrible, which I should have seen earlier.

The purifier itself is great. Put in my daughters room for her allergies and it works flawlessly. Was very suprised when I got it that it was very dirty and was missing remote. Didnt want to go through hassle of returning just because there wasnt a remote. Typical risk i guess of buying on Bolo these days

I've had this Dyson Purifier Humidify and cool formaldehyde PHO4 for less than a year. I paid top dollar for this, hoping to have a well built product for at least a few years. I couldn't have been more wrong. I've been on the phone multiple times, that is when i can get through to someone. I've had to replace the filters 4 times now, and they are very expensive. The humidifier only worked for a week. I'm so discouraged. Now i know that Dyson does not have a better product and certainly do not stand behind their product. Live and learn.

The media could not be loaded. El equipo empezó a hacer un ruido raro (como un ruido agudo como de un grillo, súper fuerte que te despierta en la noche) después de 3 meses. Me comuniqué al área de soporte de Dyson para que me ayudaran a resolver el problema y me pidieron que lo tengo que mandar al centro de servicio para un diagnóstico. Después de 14 días me dicen que hay una pieza que está mal y que la tienen que cambiar, pero que no la tienen y que puede tardar mucho tiempo en llegar. Ya llevo un mes sin el equipo, y sin ninguna respuesta de Dyson. Me he metido a foros de soporte y hay varios que reportan el mismo problema y que dicen que Dyson ha tenido que cambiar el equipo por otro nuevo, sin embargo, a los 3 o 6 meses vuelve a pasar el problema. No se metan en problemas, no compren a una compañía que no apoya.
