Plain and simple, it works. It heats up quickly and is very well made. You just brush it through a few times and your beard will be detangled, softer, and straight. Love that it is rechargeable and includes a cover and travel case.

UPDATE: 4 stars - Used this straightener every morning of my 8 day trip abroad. It heated up very nicely on the highest setting and straightened my beard very well. The battery never died mid session, and I just plugged it in to charge for an hour afterwards so it would be good to go next morning. Would recommend for travelling purposes.Straight from the package I plugged in the straightner to charge battery to full. I then turned it on to the lowest temperature and set a timer. It died right around the 20 minute mark. I need the temperature set to at least the medium to high temperature, so will have to test that battery length next. Haven't tested the straightener on my beard yet, will update the review when I do. But so far, the battery length only gets 3.5 stars as it takes time to get to temperature and then doesn't leave enough time to actually straighten my beard.

Started growing a beard and I have hair that curls even in the driest of weather. As it got longer I would get strange looks from people when out in public as I resembled the unhinged homeless guy that somehow made it into a public place.It heats up well but the hair you’re trying to straighten does have to be fairly long or this will have minimal success. It loses its charge rather quick, so charging it every other day is necessary especially if you use it every day. It’s nice and heavy so it doesn’t feel cheap, never use it with product in the hair you’re combing or else it is difficult to clean.Make sure hair is dry, it can short out very easily and it’s the one thing the company warns about that they will not refund or replace for.Other wise it’s a great product and I am glad that I bought it.

I bought this beard straightener July 2023, it heats up in few minutes to reach the max temp allowed, though not too much, and the battery life became so short after merely 2 months of use. No a full charge last me a single use. The design, size, portability, and charging port are all good. I wish the battery was reliable

It doesn't really get hot enough to straighten my beard (I've used 4 other straighteners and know they usually work well for me), takes about 10-15 minutes to get hot enough to even try using, and the battery doesn't last anywhere near long enough. I took it straight off the charger yesterday and after letting it heat up and then using it on the highest setting for a couple minutes, it would not turn on for me this morning. Something like this needs to last for a few uses before needing a recharge, so I returned it.
