Great look and feel. I get a lot of compliments and starts many conversations with other watch collectors. I wear this one more than a lot of my more expensive watches due to its versatility and comfort.

This is my favorite “winter sweater watch.” At the right price, this is just a good and good looking watch. If I had to critique it at all, I’d say the green face looks better in direct light than in shade. Without direct light on it, it looks very dark, even black. And the enlarging window over the date isn’t necessary. But the gold numbers and cathedral hands are amazing

I love my watch. The compass is fun to use while I'm walking in the woods. I enjoy telling the time and looking at the beautiful dial. A great and iconic tool watch

I could not be happier! This has been the one watch I e wanted to add to my collection for some time now. I was so happy to find a lower price than retail and to have it arrive a full week before the expected delivery date. The unpacking process was so much fun too since I wasn’t sure if it might be a 1-1 clone. It is 100% authentic and absolutely beautiful!

Okay I have several self-winding watches, from a Omega Seamaster Ocean to a Seiko SKX007. I try to wear them all. The SPB121 is my latest. Things I like, it has kept great time from the get-go. The Sapphire crystal is another, the power reserve is impressive due to the 6r35 movement and hacking and winding .The only thing I am not crazy with is the band. This would be the perfect adventure watch with a band that makes sense. Seiko has a track record of putting okay bands on their watches, so I am not going to penalize them for what I know they do. So yes, I would buy it again. Keep on keeping time folks.

Seeing this watch in pictures, I fell in love with it. However, now that I have received it, my feelings have changed for three main reasons:Face Size: The face is a little smaller than I prefer my watches to be. I usually like a larger face for better readability and presence on my wrist.Band Comfort: I like my watches to fit snugly on my wrist, but the band with the metal piece inside makes it a bit uncomfortable. It doesn't provide the snug fit I was hoping for.Timekeeping: I bought this watch not to wear every day, but I've found myself setting the time three times in the first week since I bought it. This inconsistency is a bit frustrating if not worn for daily use.Despite these issues, I am growing to like it because it is eye-catching and pleasant to look at. It makes a good addition to my growing collection and stands out with its classy look.
