I love this teakettle; you can easily see the amount of ounces you are putting in, it heats to 110 degrees for making bread as well as proper temperatures for various kinds of tea (each one with its own led color lightup). It is easy to clean, you can fill it with one hand because it has a little trap door in the lid to let in the water. It feels right in your hand and empties quickly, which I like much better than the gooseneck ones. It doesn't smell like plastic, which the one I bought before for nearly twice the price did. It heats the water quickly and turns off automatically. I couldn't be happier with it.

nice and large, couple good and bad things... we love the temp setting selection -very cool...the not so great is the constant beeps it makes during mode changes or operation ( which is not a huge deal) BUT the top is not a "flip top" but you have to completely which is odd....led lights are kinda cool and the form is attractive

Excellent kettle. The glass makes it easy to see the water boiling. The preset temp settings are ok. Don’t really use them. Heavier than a steel kettle, but the extra weight makes it feel more substantial. The handle is easy to hold. Away from body of kettle so you don’t accidentally burn yourself. The lights are cool. Easy to see when kettle is on. I definitely recommend this,but don’t be taken in by all the claims of this and other electric kettles that they are the quickest,fastest. All the kettles are 1500 watts and all heat just as quickly. Do appropriate the easy fill.

I bought this kettle four months back and it has stopped working. It is a piece of "CRAP" . The sticker on the buttons first came off in three months and then it stopped working suddenly. I called Capresso customer service and they were very rude and said they do not sell on Bolo. It is a third-party seller that sells in its name. They wanted me to ship it to them on my own expense and when I said that they should stand behind their products and send me a pre-paid label. I do not want to pay more for this crappy kettle, she hung up on me. This is a defective kettle and customer service is horrible.

Update: kettle died. Tries to start, turns off. We do use it several times a day so it did get a lot of used.I still very much like it but looking at some of the other reviews I'll probably look for something else.Original: I was looking to replace a smaller unit without taking up much more space. This was perfect!Being able to fill the carafe without messing with a lid is a nice bonus. Feels very solid/sturdy.
