A clear mind and full focus. And honestly your not going to get the results you want if your not staying consistent.

Pruvit products are a bit pricey but ketoup is about equal to most energy drinks. This one taste like coconut and gives me some energy to get through the day.

Good product, great communication from merchant, received a damaged can that was empty, after contact with the merchant, it turns out thst Bolo fulfilled this shipment, contacted Bolo and they remedied the situation, great support from merchant and Bolo!!!
