The instructions were simple and easy to follow. They called me with the result and the next steps since my test was positive for concern for celiac. I then had confirmation testing at the local hospital which was also positive so I feel like the test was accurate. The associated app is also user friendly.

They only completed 2 out of the 3 tests, after I paid up front for all 3 tests. So yes, I feel ripped off.

I bought a bunch of these a while back - they give you trivial results that don't really tell you anything. I forget what it was but the results basically were so ambiguous that it didn't tell me much or anything. I paid probably $500 for a bunch of these and I got a few results and thought interesting but at the same time the app started crashing on me. Some of my tests said they "couldn't tell" or something of that nature and sent me another test to do it over again. I think it was a blood sugar test or something. I still have a few of there test I didn't use or fill out because the app crashed on both android and IOS and the results were so ambigious I said forget it and just stopped messing with it. Go get a real test done by a doctor.

I got this kit because I believe I have Celiac sensitivities.I didn't really read about it before I ordered but it is a blood test. I originally thought it was a DNA test but it is not. It looks for blood markers for Celiacs.You need to register your card number on their website before you start.It includes lancets to quickly poke your finger to fill up a card on two lines. It includes 3 lancets in case you need three. I only needed one. Because I'm a wimp and couldn't poke myself, I asked my kid to push it down on my finger, and he did, which was super quick and painless. I just couldn't make myself do it.The blood surprisingly flowed easily from my fingertip, making it easy to fill up the card to the line. You let the card dry overnight (or for a few hours) and then put it in a special envelope and send it to them in the mail. I'm still awaiting the results, but the process to get it sent in was easy. Their website has a video that shows exactly what to do. It also says in some instances your insurance may cover the cost of the test. You could look into that.Overall, the process was easy. Just note it involves a finger prick which was painless.

It's a good thing they include 3 lancets because I needed all of them to provide enough blood for the samples. In part this was my fault for not having the gauze ready when I first stuck my finger, but even when I did everything right I still barely got enough. Maybe I just clot quickly. Most importantly, though, I did collect enough for the test so it was fine.The instructions are very good, and there is a how-to video on their website which helps even more.I will say it doesn't feel great to stick your fingers. I can see why people who have to do it regularly don't like it. I'd say it feels about like getting a shot, which is also not my favorite thing in the world.Results came quickly, but I was mildly annoyed to find that they sent some spammy emails to the address I registered with. I'm not sure if I missed a check box to opt out of that or what, but I never appreciate unsolicited emails.Otherwise this seems like a solid home test to give you an idea of whether you should go to your doctor (there are disclaimers in the results that they are not a diagnosis and should only be used as a starting point for talking to your doctor).

Still a great test but 4 stars because of how much blood was needed. I’ve done one other celiac screening test before this one and it only took 4-5 drops of blood. This brand requires double that which was pretty challenging to do. Sometimes you can finger stick in the perfect spot and get plenty and other times your finger might only give a few drops before clotting.
