I work as a Nurse in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, and also a Family Practice n weekends sometimes. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, depression, my nails are weak and break easily, and my hair has thinned a bit. I heard about Black Seed Oil before, but I was like meh, I don't really need anything, I'm ok with popping 1000mg of Tylenol and 600mg Ibuprofen together if I need it. Well over the years, my fibro pain has gotten significantly worse, just like everyone warned me.So a few weeks ago, I took a Lyft home from the hospital and we were having a conversation, and she brought up Black Seed Oil capsules. She talked to me about them and how she had been taking them for a while but had to stop because she's pregnant and it's not recommended for pregnant women. But she explained all the benefits and told me to check it out. So I ordered them and received these May 16th, and I immediately started taking them. I take 2 capsules daily as it recommends, and yes it does taste kinda yuck when you burp it up, but who cares. Chew some gum if it's that bad lol but anyway, I am now on day 10 and I must say... I have noticed an improvement on my health. My body doesn't ache as much in the morning, my pain is lower than it normally is, my stomach hasn't been bothering me too much, my appetite has been regular (which apparently BSO helps with as well) but also I noticed I don't eat as much as I used to, and I've lost a few lbs as a result of having more energy than I normally did. I walk my dog further and come back and my joints aren't throbbing as wildly as they used to. I know I sound like an old person, but I'm 32 and my body has been hurting for a long, long time. I'm so glad I decided to get these. I will definitely keep getting them! I can't wait to see what it will do with my hair because it helps hair grow, and over the years my hair has thinned due to stress (work and personal life), but I have noticed less hair falling off when I shower and when I brush it. And I have noticed a slight healthy glow to my skin a d people telling me my hair looks healthy and my skin looks great. I was going down with the flu on a Wednesday. By Friday, I was back at 100%. I was getting body aches, chills, weakness, congestion, tiredness, you name it. That was Wednesday evening. By the time Friday came, I was 100%. Which means Thursday I was 50% or better. Felt like 60%. These things are the truth! Now you don't take them right when you're feeling sick, as I don't think it may work. I was taking 2 a day for a while so my body had so much already. But, I could be wrong as far as the time you take them.Also, yes they have a taste to them. You'll notice it if you burp. But it doesn't last long. Give them a go!

This stuff is so amazing. First lete tell ya what I'm dealing with. I have lupus SLE, fibromyalgia, shrinking lung disease (from lupus) and most recently I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis class 3. I'm also in perimenopause. I have been in so much pain, all I'd do is lay in bed. My doctors put me on gabapentin, which kept me asleep. I was so miserable. I did some independent research and decided to buy this. I've been taking it for about a week. I encapsulate it in a 000 capsule using a dropper. I take 2 which equals about 2000 mg daily. I have had almost no pain and my energy levels are crazy. I have been busier than a one legged man in a butt kickin' contest. I don't feel drained or tired at all. I cannot recommend this stuff enough. I will remain on it. Highly recommend.
