3-year Update: I never wrote a review after the first purchase three years ago but here I am now back to buy another one. This has been hands down the best EVERY SINGLE DAY USED electric kettle. It’s never lost how fast it heated up nor how hot it got. Pretty much everything worked on it until maybe a year ago when it stopped turning off on its own after boiling. It is a nice feature to have because of piddling around but not a deal breaker. I’ve primarily used it to boil water but recently tried boiling tea in it and turn out perfect. There are some what I suspect rust spots in the heating metal where it meets the water but could be the Houston water and I used a Brillo pad once to clean the junk from the hard water. I’m here to buy another one that’s fresh and new and will continue to use the old one but primarily for tea and stuff. Highly recommended!

I bought the Offacy Electric Kettle mainly because I wanted something simple, fast, and reliable for everyday tea or quick meals—and this kettle nails it. It boils water surprisingly quickly, probably faster than my old stove kettle. The glass body is nice because you can easily see when it’s ready, and the blue LED lighting when boiling is a fun touch. The kettle sits neatly on a small base, so you don't have to drag a cord around when pouring, and the auto shut-off is great for peace of mind.One thing I noticed is the lid doesn’t fully detach—it just pops open. This can make cleaning inside a bit tricky, especially if you have big hands or prefer to wipe it down after use to avoid water spots. But honestly, it hasn’t been a huge deal for me. Bought a French press and this is so great as I had no tea kettle so this heats up very fast and just pour into the press to brew the coffee. Very easy to handle.

I bought this kettle in 2023. Loved that it boiled water fast and the blue light was fun to watch. Fast forward to 2025 and the kettle has started to leak water at the base. Tried cleaning it with CLR as there was a small amount of calcium build up on the inside of the kettle and at the base. Unfortunately, it still leaked even after I cleaned it. I would love to order another one as I like the blue light and it boils water fast but I think this time I’m going to try a different brand.

Love it! Works fantastic, and it looks cool while doing it. Like it cuz, of the capacity. Gets the job done quick, and doesn't heat up the rest of the house, like the tea pot on the stovetop. I would recommend this product.

Nonetheless, the team was extremely responsive and issued me a refund straightaway.It was pretty while it worked, wish it was working for me.

Looks like a brilliant kettle, gets great reviews - however it should NOT be on the Bolo.co.UK site as it does not have a UK plug. Simply putting this in the description would save a lot of returns and hassle.
