It’s my first time trying any supplements and even reviewing a product. I always rate it, and that’s it, but this time, I have to leave a comment about how this made me get out of my way.I lift weights and do calisthenics, so my joints and muscles are often sore. I tried yoga, but I HATE it. I thought to try something to help me. After researching a few supplements, none of them convinced me, but this one manage to convince me I got the winner.Day 1 & 2: The first-day kind of doesn’t count because It was my second rest day, and I took it before going to sleep, so FAST FOWARD to day 2, lol. The second day I woke up with fear and pain in my knees as it was leg day. I drink water, head to the Gym, and warm up. I did my workout everything went well no joint pain, tho obviously, my muscles are hot by the training. All was okay so far *4 hours later* pain in my muscles and joints T.T, and to make it even worse, at work in the cooler!! But guess what? I have turmeric curcumin BUT AT HOME. Anyway, I got out of work, took the pills, took a shower, and started to study, as I have neglected this for quite a time now. The pain didn't get away, but it helped to calm the soreness. The effect was relatively fast; I never thought it would be true, even after reading other reviews.Third day: This was a rest day, so today changed EVERYTHING! After the leg day whoever trains knows that leg day is HELL day, and the day after is even worse, if that’s possible. I was off from work, so I was relieved, but I had to help my dad with some errands, so walking was included… I took the pill before we left and commended myself to God this time. The first two hours were all okay didn’t have to walk much, but later, when I had to get some boxes from the basement to the car, OH GOD, this is where I knew my purchase was worth it. The boxes weren’t especially heavy but still had some considerable weight. I didn’t feel the pain of squatting down and up or any soreness in my hamstrings. It is not magical, but natural compounds or organic things are ten times better than artificial ineffective medical prescriptions. It doesn’t have an aftertaste, and you can feel that it is 100% natural, even in the taste/odor of the capsule.Fourth day: Back and Bicep Day… Ouch! I like this one the most of all the workouts, but yeah, OUCH! The day went fast. I work out and work in the morning. Most of the time, the pain and soreness of B&B (Back and Bicep) happen in the evening, but as I learned from day 2, I took it before the workout, and by evening I didn’t feel a thing at all. It is like the compound gives all my muscles and joints a massage and a painkiller pill, and I think this works better than an actual painkiller.5th and 6th day: These days are basically the same lol I never have a problem with my chest and triceps. The leg day 6th was challenging, but I felt loose while doing the exercises. I’m sure I’ll be repurchasing it.There is no 7th day, I already state is great, more will be too much haha. The previous days were enough to convince me this is a quality product that is hard to find, and for me, that is %100 natural is a big PLUS.If you lift weights, have a very physical job, or even have a sedentary life and experience a lot of pain and sore muscles and joints, this is a must-buy product!!

BioEmblem Turmipure Gold - Impressive results with obvious signs of effectiveness. I found that taking this easy to swallow capsule in late afternoon provides a more restful sleep, allowing me to wake feeling more relaxed and refreshed. Everything from my back, hips, neck and even sinuses are at ease. I've tried turmeric supplements in the past but never experienced anything like this! Even my libido is back - I don't think this is a direct effect of the supplement but more of a pleasant side effect of overall feeling better. I will definitely keep this product in my daily routine.
