I always read reviews this time I did not, or I would never have bought them. To try to take them along with my regular medication both required before meals. This made it difficult no easy cure to lose weight. Oprah said they work, the required amount would upset my stomach. A slight drop in weight.

I took as instructed after few days the product smelled so bad like vinegar and it took all my might to eat it as it had a horrible vinegar taste. I dud not loose barely any Weight with it. For ne never again. If u like vinegar maybe it can work for you who knows !

the first thing i noticed is that my appetite went way down. i had an upset stomache but just for the first day or two. I took 6 a day. i usually lose 1 or 2 pounds a week with my keto diet and 2-3 gym nights a week. with Keto gumies i lost three pounds the first week and two pound the second week. My weight loss went up by one third. i call that great. I am order the 5 pack today

I purchased (2) (2) packs these gummies and was on the last bottle and in month 3 when I started experiencing pain on my right ride to which I am still having smh. I went to to the doctor and was told to STOP taking the gummies as this was the only new thing that I started. I have stopped. However, I did like the flavor and I did start to see a little difference, but I got really tired.
