The battery life is usually 2/3 uses on medium. The heat level is very strong but not a complaint from me. Charges using usb-c, cannot be used while charging. Lock out switch on bottom is a nice feature if traveling.

Battery life is not good on this. I can at best get 2 uses before it dies. If I forget to recharge after 2nd uses its dead. I thought I could stretch it out using a lower heat setting. Nope still only 2 uses. When I say 2 uses, this is not a long time period. 5 min or so to warm up, use on me beard 10 min Total run time of battery 35 mins or less. Several times have tired to use on the 3rd day & will not turn on or turns off before it can even warm full up.

Bought this unit because I travel for weeks at a time for work and electrical outlets aren’t always plentiful. Was delivered yesterday so I tried it after washing my beard. Charged fully. Used once for maybe 10 minutes on the low heat setting. Turned unit off and let cool. Got up this morning and went to turn it on. Battery was dead. If the biggest feature you need is a battery that actually keeps a charge, find another unit.Above was after the first day. This is day four. Charged it fully last night for use this morning. Unplugged, made sure it was off, and locked the bottom switch. This morning I tried to turn it on and guess what? Dead battery. Printing return label as I type.

This straighter claimed a 7 hour battery life. I’d be lucky if I got 25 minutes. I’ve done everything in the instructions to get most battery life and nothing works.Doesn’t get as hot as most other brands.Biggest sell is that it’s cordless. But it doesn’t last.I would not recommend.

The market for beard straighteners is packed with cheaper options, and most are either too weak to heat effectively or are poorly designed and take longer, which increases the risk of burning or damage.The design is pretty unassuming, and it isn't until opening the box you realize the sheer size and heft of this straightener, and the quality that comes with the higher price. It's packaged compactly, but with foam inserts to seperate and contain the carry bag, USB, and instructions in an attractive way.Charging is self explanatory, and it's ready to go quickly; it does take a bit to heat up, but gets to the selected level almost as quickly as a wired straightener. It does the job straightening, but stands out in doing so with stuff like the top comb for volumization - and the battery life is more than enough (a good part of the size is likely battery)If you're looking for a straightener brush, you owe it to yourself to skip the annoyance of all the cheaper lightweight models and get a brush you know will last - and keep your beard healthy!

Overall it works great… for about 4 minutes, half of which it’s still Getting up to temperature. It’s just not feasible being cordlessUpdate: turns out I had a defective product. The seller reached out and offered me a free unit which works for about 30 minutes. What can I say they won me over
