Nothing weird or complicated about it. Click it on and off, simple. The tilt works great, the beam is ideal, strong and fairly focused but broad enough for use as a lantern. Also, I have plenty of batteries to use with it. If you're in the Ryobi ecosystem, it's a no-brainer.

This is a basic upright flashlight that works nicely with all my Ryobi 18V batteries. The top of the light swivels up and down so it can be placed on the floor and shine upward at what you are working on. What sold me here is that it was about half price on Bolo compared to the big box store.There are brighter Ryobi lights. There are some with more features. But at this price point, this is a good flashlight to add to my collection. With some of my larger 18V batteries, this thing will probably stay lit for hours should the need arise.

Great flash light if you have extra batteries and charger. Time will tell how long the led bulb will last. Looks like it's guaranteed for 3yrs.Stands up stable and head can be rotating

Overall, this is a good light; bright, powerful beam, comfy grip. However, if you plan to use this light outdoors, you should know that the cooling vents for the LED unit are right on top of the swiveling head. These vents allow rain or other moisture/debris to enter into the LED head/bulb unit, which will ultimately effect the integrity over time. That said, it is a good price for the Ryobi 18+ line-up.

Love the grab and use aspect of this light. I keep a battery on it at all times, and it sits on my workbench for easy access. I have several other flashlights and work lights, but this one is just so easy.It has a bright spotlight center, with a more diffused wide-angle field too. And the tilt head makes aiming it at my workspace easy. Uses very little juice, so even a 2 amp hour battery lasts a long time.

Not much to say other than it's a great flashlight. I love the flexible head. It's great for working under a car and directing light where you need it. It sits stable with a battery attached. No complaints. If you have some Ryobi batteries at home and want a great light, this'll do it.

On/off trigger button is slightly hard to operate, requires quite a pull that some would find difficult. This is the only complaint, otherwise very happy with purchase. The price was right too!

Does work great despite being small! The LED light illuminates an entire room easily, and so far I don't know how long the battery should last but it still seems to be fully charged (battery not included as noted by seller).Personal note: No one really checks their flashlights regularly unless your a disaster nut, but knowing you have something that will work with your Ryobi gear, is kind of cool)
