The media could not be loaded. I’m in loveeee my car feels so my cleaner!! So easy to assemble and use! Good buy. Definitely grossed me out with how much dirt I didn’t realize I had in my car… I’m so happy it’s clean now.

This is one of the worst things I’ve ever bought.What it is good at: spraying tons of water quickly. Almost all the power of the “400 watt motor” is devoted to the water pump mechanism. Within a second or two, it will soak anything you point it at, with whatever your put in the tank.Everything else sucks. This device sucks the most at suction.An asthmatic two year old breathing through a Capri Sun straw can pull a stronger vacuum than this piece of garbage. While this little trash machine makes as much noise as a turboprop aircraft and sprays liquid everywhere with the force of a firehose, the remnants of the “400 watt” motor’s power weakly gasps at attempting to draw fluids back into the machine.The design of this little heap is god awful. The chambers are almost completely reversible, and making such an oversight will result in a spill of the entire reservoir. This is extra inconvenient due to the fact that this machine will only extract a minute portion of the liquid it can expel.I hate returning things to Bolo. I hate that people labored arduously in a warehouse to bring this heap to a distribution center with my name and address on it. I loathe that some driver had to drop it off at my door. I really especially hate that upon return, this device will probably be discarded. Or even worse, resold to someone down the line. I’d light it on fire if I could, but $120 is $120.

Mine came with no instructions whatsoever, so I had to go online to view videos to make sure I did it right. It also came with no bottle of cleaning concentrate like every cleaner I have ever bought in the past. The solution comes out way too fast and half of it ended up on the floor and I had to mop it up, so to help with this, I figured out you have to bear down a little and tilt the nozzle bristle end up and the end towards the hose down because that's where the solution comes out at. The suction is good so therefore you don't have to wait that long for the area to dry, the price is good, and it does a decent job of cleaning.

The fabric cleaner arrived but the suction is NOT working which is an essential part of the product. It sucks randomly for a couple of seconds and then shuts off. It’s supposed to be continuous. I’ve waited weeks for this product and now it’s not working. I want a refund ASAP.

Im giving it a 5 star, obviously for the price and size it fills up very quickly for the dirty bucket of water. Which I like, flooding it with water and vacuuming it so fast. I had to change the clean water bucket and other one 5x, but I don't mind. Seeing how much dirt and grey stuff that came out of there. I mean, I accidentally flooded a bathroom and it got on the carpet outside, it was that flooded.After using bleach maybe I shouldn't, but I did, to spray it there then use this machine. I think its about as clean as it can possibly get.Its not going to get more clean than that. Its probably safe to walk on it now.It did what I needed it to do. I did buy some detergent to clean it, but I realized you can't put it in the machineso I made a spray bottle with it. It really did the job.I have a lot of small stains over the years that needs to be cleaned.I finally could address it.Even though I wish the bucket was bigger but if works so well, no leakage and gets a lot of grey water out of there. 5 stars for me.

I have 4 cats, 1 of which likes to use all fabric in house for litterbox instead of using litter box itself.Mixed with Ez-Clean Enzyme cleaner in the clean water side, the vaccum is a wonder on how clean the surface gets, and eliminates odor as well. You for sure get that satisfied "YUCKY" moment when you see the dirty water side on just how much dirt, debris, and other waste has been picked up by the vac from the surface you are cleaning. Even cleans up after your spouse's enzymes debris (**ladies you know what I mean*** wink)Now, your dog, cat, other animal friends, and human pet "husband" do not have to sleep in their spot, room, or garage. They cam come back into the rest of the house since with this vac, we now have the "Sniff, Sniff Horray!" back into the air.

The Worst Product Ever?

The water tank requires you to flip the machine upside down to install it, once you install it, it leaks EVERYWHERE.The suction is also very poor and the design means you'll get tangled between the hose and the electrical cord everywhere you move the damn thing.Do NOT buy this machine, save your money and time.

Great unit, but my first one was used. Highly recommended.

First Unit:The first unit i received had dirt and hair in it, and the sprayer kept jamming up. It was obviously used by someone, then sent back. The box was damaged all over.Second Unit:This one was brand new, and never used, even had original seal on the box, unlike the first one. I wish someone other then a 16 year old checked these things when they are returned.Review:The thing is amazing, works really well. The amount of dirt that came out in the rinsing was stunning. It has powerful suction to remove excess water from your upholstery. In my case it was 2 lazy boy recliners. I also used a product called EZ-cleaner, its an enzyme cleaner, so no soap residue using it within the water tank. Its basically a bacteria that eats anything organic, removing the stain and smell of mustiness they had. These 2 together are the dream team for sure.If you need something like this, this is a great piece of equipment, and with proper care should last a long time. 3 star rating, only because of the first unit being used, really deserves 5 stars though.
