Cute little rice cooker. It is more like a toy. Feeds 2 people each batch of cooking. We only used it once and the outside of the inner pot already chipped. Not sure how it happened with gentle use and care. Never put any parts in dishwasher. Only hand wash. Tried to find a replacement pot as we don't think that the pot will last since it has already chipped. We can not find anything on Bolo for a replacement for this tiny size 1.2L. We also have the other rice cooker/intant pot combo 3 cup size and again we cannot find any replacement for this inner pot either. Like the look of both but all in all they are not practical to use and we don't think these will last. Have to admit that they are cute and that's the reason I bought them.6.6.25 Update: Seller contacted us and offered full refund on this. Five Stars for great customer service. You can buy with confidence with this brand as they stand behind their promise. Will purchase again.

FYI Stuff:If you lose included measure cup it holds 2/3 cup or 160ml of rice.Sealing ring wide part seals against inner pot when putting sealing ring back on after cleaning. Narrow groove clips over top plate.Do the half pot water cook when received to get rid of initial burner heating smell and steam clean inside.Pro:Mini rice cooker with a nice inner pot. A lot of these have an inner pot so thin that it bends with slight finger pressure. The inner pot in this is at least a couple millimeters and has no deflection from pressing. Nonstick coating looks decent and working fine. Will have to see how it holds out.Takes up little space and and great when just needing two servings.Removable cord is nice and has a standard D type connector like used on computer power supplies. I used an old 5 foot computer cord as I needed longer cord than 3 foot included one.Silicone seals seem good but would like heavier duty.Con:The pot is in keep warm mode as soon as plugged in without ability to turn off except pull cord out. Bottom plate is 120 degrees with no pot in it.Included cord is 3 foot. I needed longer one.Took 36 minutes to cook 2 cups of rice, not 25 like mentioned in manual. Will need to try just 1 cup of rice and see if 25 minutes.Top seal plate is thinner and flexes more than would like. Also, it is bare aluminum.

The first time I used this, the rice came out perfect and awesome, and the cooking time was spot on (20-ish minutes for brown rice). I took a chance that it would also cook brown rice. It had the perfect fluffiness and consistency. Our last cooker took FOREVER; sometimes the rice wouldn't cook. This one, you could smell the rice as it cooked, so I knew it was cooking. Not only that, the cooker is compact and easy to store - perfect for 2 people.

I love this rice cooker. We needed an upgrade from our 2 cup rice cooker and I found this, couldn’t be happier. The color is amazing (I bought blue) works perfectly and fits rice capacity as intended. Steaming capacity is spot on! We also just tried couscous and it tired out perfectly!

My son had this rice cooker and loves it, so when I was looking for one for my house I decided to buy the same one. It is easy to use, just push the start lever and it automatically switches to warm mode once rice is fully cooked. It works great on both white rice and wild rice. We only need a cup at a time so the size is perfect. Very easy to clean. I saw some comments about it boiling over, but the only time that has happened was the one time I used too much water.

Broke the first time using it. Got it started just like normal. Manual said it would cook 25-30 min then auto pop to warm when done. After 30 minutes, it didn’t pop. Just thought maybe it’s off a bit the first time. An hour goes by, no pop. So I flip it to warm. Open it and rice still undercooked. Closed it and tried pushing down to cook again and it wouldn’t click back on. So unplugged everything, washed the the inside cylinder and started over. Filled rice and water, plugged cord in wall and it wouldn’t turn on. It looks way cool with the blue and mini style, but that doesn’t matter I guess if it doesn’t work. Disappointed cause I was looking forward to it.

My son had this rice cooker and loves it, so when I was looking for one for my house I decided to buy the same one.
