Using this for a large fixed wing vtol drone and using the recommended settings and the ones from the files, coming out PERFECTLY. Really not having any issues with the print at all.

Sainsmart LW PLA expands a little better than other brands of active foaming PLA, especially at lower temperatures. Made all my G-Codes which printed beautifully at 46%flow and 240 degrees(.3 height and 50mm/s). When I switched to E-Sun, I had to tune all the g-codes by turning the temp and flow up to 250 and 120% to get the same result. I had better print results with Sainsmart at lower temperatures and flow rates. So it lasts longer, is softer and thicker, and even lighter all with lower temps and flow rates . Worth the extra $1.00!

Printing at 255 F with 50% flow yields accurate prints that are about 40% of the weight of the same parts printed with conventional PLA on an MK3S+. Both temperature and flow are in the middle of the expected range specified by SainSmart. Unfortunately, the high print temperature burns the material and leaves burned bits all over the print. Some can be removed, but most are integral to the print. The parts are still functional, however. Also, it's not really white. It's more of a light cream color.

I've never used LWPLA before, this is my first spool. The usual plastic looking spool in the product pic is in fact a cardboard spool.Bambu X1CC/Orca: 260c at 0.6 flow ratio and 40mm/s speed seems to get me nice results for Eclipson model airplanes. Prints look great too.

This is the best active foaming LW-PLA on the market although not without a problem. I’ve gone through 8 spools virtually trouble free, but the last 4 rolls I have had a horrible time with the filament getting stuck when it goes to the sides of the spool. This has gone down as far as 5 layers above the top row and requires constant attention as every time it gets stuck I must be there to fix the problem. The last 2 rolls I was forced to respool and even hand feeding the filament to another spool in a not very organized fashion it is running 100% better that the factory spools. Please address the problem of the filament being pulled down past the layer it should be on.
