Finding a good source of vitamin D3 can be tough (in a bottle, I mean. The sun isn't hard to find.) Most of them are less than 10,000 IU, leaving you to take pill after pill if you hope to increase your levels. These pills are small and easy to swallow and pack a punch. One daily meets my doc recommended D3 supplement. They are easy on the stomach, great quality, and fairly inexpensive considering you only have to take one per day. This is a great option for D3 seekers.

I have taken D3 for years but this is the first time I've seen it in tablet form. I just assumed it would be gel like I'm used to getting and did not notice it was tablets. I believe they are effective but prefer gels because they are easier to swallow.

Are you like me,married to another female so long apparently my vitamin D dropped like it was hot. This stuff is decent and helped me fixed that problem without getting a male involved. Good health benefits, easy to use and open, easy to swallow not like the other D. Enjoy.

If the winter turns out to be long, cold, snowy and hardly any sunlight, then Vitamin D is a must have. The dosage is too high, so I take them every other day. 10,000 IUD is too much, so 5000 IU is more appropriate. I prefer capsules; but these tablets are ok for now. I will be switching to capsules with my next purchase. Just knowing how much to take is very important. Vitamin D is more important than you think.
