Box was smashed and bag was open. The adhesive was used and there are marks on the arms. I paid $30 for something that's $11 on the Sonny Angel website and was given a USED product. This is so disappointing.

I loved it so much it arrived without any damages but it was really slow i thought it wouldnt arrive like the other packages but it did. I love it but i lost it because the glue gave up and it dropped it somewhere, it was too late when i noticed 😭
