I grew up with honey as a white sugar alternative, and have used it for 70 years. It was only when I began to make wine (mead) from honey that I became obsessed with the quality and taste of honey. I also use honey as a medicinal source of nutrients in ginger-turmeric teas, etc. I use Nate's as a base for my medicinal garlic-honey fermentation and love the taste of my "medicine".There is so much complexity in Nate's wildflower honey and there is an organic choice of raw, unfiltered honey of course. I have sampled many varieties of Nate's honey and would recommend it for all of your needs.

I really like this honey. It flows well. It's a little molasses-y, which is nice. I see from pictures and other reviews that sometimes the color and flavor may vary slightly, and that's understandable. Good size for the price.
