Definitely a must-have if your eyes need consistent moisture and relief
Each drop provides instant relief and long-lasting hydration, without any sticky residue or blurriness. I also appreciate the convenient 10ml bottle—it’s easy to carry and the dropper delivers just the right amount every time.
Eye drops
The drops feel soothing without any stinging, and they don’t leave my vision blurry for long, which is a big plus. I also like that they’re easy to use on the go when I need a quick refresh.Overall, a great option if you wear contacts and deal with dryness. I’d definitely keep these on hand.
Dispenser not as good as regular Systane Ultra
I’ve been using the original version of Systane Ultra (with preservatives) for years and always found it effective. When I saw the preservative-free version selling for the same price, why not try it? Here’s why not. In order to prevent contamination, a one-way valve is at the top of the bottle. I find that the drops it produces are too big, causing water to run down my face. And you need to remember to shake off a drop that is always left clinging to the top. So I find it less convenient and they will run out faster. I will switch back to the old formula with preservatives. If I was sensitive to the preservative, I’d use this version. It works OK, just with a little added annoyance.
Preservative free means just that!
After having PRK eye laser surgery, these eye drops are gentle on the eyes. Let it be known that the reason the it's harder to get the drops out is because the dropper must be more secure, and not allow contaminants to get into the bottle because it's preservative free. This is a huge factor for the solution in the bottle to remain fresh, nor does it have tons of preservatives to make it last longer. You will also notice that the expiration date on a preservative free bottle has a shorter duration is also because it's preservative free. (In general, anything that lasts a long time, does so because it has preservatives!)In terms of "travelability," if you're going up in an airplane, it might evaporate faster just because the air is dryer, so make sure you secure the lid well. In general, I find this brand to be effective in terms of having dry eyes regularly and it providing the soothing effect that is needed.

Poor Cap Design
This is a good product but too hard to squeeze out of the bottle. The cap needs to be redesigned to get the fluid into the eyes more easily.Reduce star rating to 1 star.
Great for dry eyes
My eye surgeon advised me to use preservative-free eye drops several times a day. I'd happily been using Refresh gel, switched to the expensive, preservative- free vials (about 15% of the gel ones were empty).Systane was highly rated, easy to use (applicator doesn't poke my eye), soothing, and a more affordable alternative with less packaging.
