This scanner is beyond my expectations. With the wifi connection, not only will it bring up the trouble codes, it will link to an online site to offer repair suggestions, and possibly videos, to help further diagnose and repair the problem.

Tons of functionality for the price. Easily beats out most of the top brands, and one of the best things besides the back lit full color touch screen is the lifetime free updates. Other brands you have to pay for updates or have a black and white screen. Great toolTo read live data, check and clear codes . Plug and play easy to use and connects to WiFi. I’m going to try and see if it can hold my throttle at a specific rpm so I can spray in some gdi cleaner.

I got this code reader to give me a little bit better descriptions on some of the codes that I needed pulled on my American and Japanese made vehicle vehicles. The instructions aren’t very good, so I had to do some digging on how to use all the functionality of the unit. Overall, it does a pretty good job and giving me the information that I need.

Purchased the ArtiDiag 500 OBD2 Scanner and it's working great. Easy step by step instructions for downloading latest software. Live data on what turned out to be the knock sensor was displayed as advertised. Screen good size for seeing lots of data. Build quality is rugged, not real stressed about dropping is as it has thickened edges all the way around. The diagnostic capabilities are much more than I need but I like having the detail if needed.

There is a definite learning curve to this scanner if you have used the Matco and Snap-on ones. It is a great scan tool for the price a little overkill for just checking codes. The live data is great especially for diagnostic purposes.

Maintenance Rear Rotors and Pads - 2020 Chevy Equinox
This scanner had what I needed to retract the Electronic Parking Brake on a 2020 Chevy Equinox. Now I can change the Rear Rotors and Brake Pads without messing with the Brake Actuator. Good price and was shipped on time. Made sure to have the ignition on the ON position but don't start the vehicle.
