It usually starts working within 5–6 hours and provides a thorough cleanse. Although the directions say it’s safe for nightly use, I personally take it about once a week or whenever I feel it’s needed. It’s effective, gentle, and reliable. I’m really happy with it and excited to try more from this brand!

It made me sick for 3 days! It’s unfortunate that they don’t give you your money back. I was so bloated and in so much pain, I was thinking of going to the Emergency Room because of how bad it made me feel. It wasn’t till the 4th day that my stomach started to feel a bit better. I would never try it again!
