My husband and I have been using this product for three years. We take it nightly to help us relax and sleep soundly. We notice a big difference in our sleep quality when we don’t have it on hand. We also use it to help calm down a stressful day. The best Magnesium glycinate we have tried yet. A product that is a non negotiable to always have around in our home!

It works but it’s not as strong as I would like it to be. If you do anything after taking the pills you can ruin the chances of it working and you’ll feel tired but won’t be able to actually sleep. I would prefer to feel a strong drowsy feeling but I don’t. I feel something but it’s not strong enough. I have Ashwagandha and I take one pill with the four pills and it gives me the strong effect I’m looking for. With that being said I won’t repurchase.

I have been using it for 5 days now, i have noticed my sleeps are getting deep and i am waking up refreshed unlike earlier i used to have some sort of body/neck pain and i used to wake up "EXHAUSTED" i look forward to notice good differences in the future , i may continue to order this then.
