All things we have used all our lives have unwanted side effects.My last medication was the type that makes you feel nothing and gives you with drawls and dizziness if you fail to continue them.. The issues after that lasted four whole months.So at our prime, we have turned to more natural things.We discovered these gems and haven't looked back.We feel better. We have more endurance and just longer drawn, consistent energy. We feel more mellow, but not drugged. We sleep better and sounder. Even the tension causing my migraines and shoulder pains goes down because my stress does.Highly recommend.

It has helped my moods. I cannot even express how much this helped. I have been in a 3 year long trauma induced depression and these started to help my moods get onto the right track first thing in the morning. I even had my bipolar husband start taking them and didn’t really notice much until he stopped taking them, and I was shocked, he’s back to taking them and it’s been so much better. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried multiple different ashwaganda supplements. This is consistently the best and most effective.Clear improvement in stress, anxiety, mood after taking. If I run out or don’t take for a few days, there is a clear difference felt after I start taking again. Even after taking other brands for a few days then going back to this one, there is a clear difference. Will continue to recommend.

I've been taking this supplement for a while and have had no issues with it until today that opened up this bottle and found a pill with a hair in it. I guess now it comes with some extra collagen?

I have struggled with extreme anxiety and stress my whole life… mind racing constantly, worrying myself sick, binge eating disorder…that kind of stuff.It took about six weeks to really notice a major difference but I literally can’t give this product enough praise (or stars)… I’m calm, no anxiety whatsoever (which means no binge eating too), my mind is focused like never before… I finally feel like I function like a normal person!!!!
