This is my second bottle. Love this product, it is my favorite magnesium supplement. Help me to relax and sleep well, the veg caps are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. I highly recommend this magnesium supplements.

Saw and heard about this brand on social media I did a deep dive and compared the ingredients. They matched up and reviews were good. They have a good quality and potency. They do their job. You do have to take 4 at a time though which seems like a lot. Why not make a more potent capsule and take less. Luckily it doesn’t bother me taking that many down. But still a bit annoying. Definitely help me sleep and keep regular and helped my leg cramps as well. Definitely will be repurchasing once I run out.

Sleep has been IMPROVED! It doesn’t even make you a weird loopy drowsy, it’s more of a peaceful sleep you’re lulled into. Please note though, it’s not like nyquil or a sleep aid like that. It’s a gradual pull to being asleep, that is, if you take 3 or the recommended 4. Taking 1 or 2 will have you relaxed but not really sleepy, at least for me.

They are vitamins...How much can be said. They work well and have a decent coating so they are not too hard to swallow.

Using daily at night. Highly recommend. Also good price than other brands.

Excellent brand product
This magnesium works well and I have been taking for some time now. I take one capsule at night before sleeping and I get a very good deep sleep. In the morning I take the same brand K2 & D3 and it helps with my immune system so I don’t get sick very often. Thanks and will be back to buy again.
