Also make sure you do not have much planned in your day!I'm not a tea connoisseur but it reminds me of how chamomile tastes (like a sleepy time/relaxation). I like the flavor!I drank the tea right before bed, ate breakfast, and spent most of the morning going. This is a good Saturday night into Sunday morning thing for me lol.I will only use this if it's been a few days, it would likely be unhealthy to consistently use.
