Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw an ad for these and thought I’d try the “Creamy Chicken”. I have T2 diabetes and typical Ramen is not on my memu, due to high carbs and the extreme sodium levels. I do think the sodium in these could be reduced a bit more but it’s much better than the typical. As is, the flavor is ok, but a bit bland for me. It’s also not particularly creamy. However!!!! I added a bunch of seasoning , some dried curry, extra veggies and wow! The results were awesome! I’m already enjoying my second carton. I will keep ordering these. While they seem pricey compared to other Ramen choices they work out to be reasonably priced as a meal. One could add chicken to the ramen, I don’t. It’s easy to make in the microwave. Add a salad to fill it out and to serve to guests. Give this a try, I can happily recommend it, with some additions to ramp up the flavor.

I got this very hopeful that it'll be good and good for me. I Love instant ramen as I've been eating it for years so when I heard of this I was excited. I got the package B bundle and I started with the creamy chickenSo many was that a huge mistake. See the noodles themselves are a little strange being dark green but as they are plant based that was expected. I cooked it exactly as the directions say on the back with no added ingredients or anything so I can get the full flavor of what I could add the next time.The noodles after boiled were interesting to say the least, the unflavored noodles, while a little stiff weren't too bad.The seasoning packet on the other hand was horrendous. When I opened it up it smelled like rotten meat and when I gave the smell the benefit of the doubt I added it to the noodles as it says on the directions to be when I can only describe as a smell bomb to my entire house, the smell of the seasoning packet mixed with the noodles was exactly the same smell as burning rubber I am not exaggerating at all when I say this.This smell filled up my entire house and it was so bad that it made me and my other roommates gag.I took a leap of faith and tasted it as maybe it just smells bad but it tastes exactly as it smells. I took one bite and almost vomited. I'm immediately looking to get a refundDO NOT BUY THIS or at least the creamy Chicken flavor as I am too terrified to try the spicy red miso or the pork tonkatsu for fear of their smells

Okay. The FB ads got me on this one. I kept seeing this stuff over and over. I read a lot of reviews. The cost stopped me more than once and then I finally gave in. I got the variety pack. 2 Spicy Beef, 2 Tom Yum Shrimp, and 2 Black Garlic Chicken. The noodles themselves are as close to actual Ramen as possible without being ramen. They don't have much of a flavor themselves and do take a little longer than normal ramen to absorb the flavors of the broth but the texture is good with both stovetop and microwave methods. There's no need to be critical here. It's a healthy noodle. My inner-carb-lover is satisfied and they are super filling portions that keep you full. Now for the flavorsBeef: It's good. Imagine a slightly muted version of regular beef flavored ramen. I'm okay with it. It's less sodium. It's a good flavor, just not strong.Black garlic chicken: For sure my favorite of the three. Great flavor. Same as above as far as being kind of muted flavor but it's not in a bad way. I do recommend letting the noodles sit for a bit in the broth before diving in. You can always add in your own toppings for more flavor, which I did my second go around but my review is for the product on it's own.Tom Yum Shrimp: It's a solid no for me. This one honestly tasted like how I imagine cleaning products taste. It's weird and I do usually like shrimp-flavored things.Conclusion: Overall I'm not mad about the purchase. It was good. If you are keto and miss ramen, this will hit for you. For me, it's way too expensive for what it is. There are many positive elements about this when looking at it as a meal because it is healthy. Unfortunately, the cost will keep me from buying it in the future. It's worth maybe $4 a package and I'd consider at that price for a regular lunch item but definitely not $6.50.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered these noodles after reading the reviews. First off; let me acknowledge that they are definitely pricey!However, I try to follow a keto-friendly diet, and I experience a lot of digestive issues when I eat carbohydrates. The low carb content and natural ingredients of these noodles ultimately sold me on this purchase.I have only tried the spicy beef flavor, thus far. The size of individual package was similar to other ramen brands.Based on the recommendations of other reviewers, I opted for a longer cooking time than listed on the directions. I will opt to do this again, as a 10-13 minute cooking time resulted in noodles that were soft without being mushy.I read several reviews that these noodles are better when fried, so I set aside a small amount of the boiled and seasoned noodles to try, while I fried the remainder and added an egg.Although both versions were good, I personally preferred the boiled noodles. The texture was consistent with ramen noodles. The spicy beef seasoning was flavorful, with a bit of an expected kick to it. I did not add salt or other seasonings to the noodles, nor did they seem overly salty.The meal was filling, and the low carbohydrate content did not leave me feeling sick to my stomach.I will update as needed upon trying other flavors, but I’m pleased with this purchase so far.Yes, the price point is high, but it is less costly than ordering ramen from a restaurant, and a much healthier alternative to the popular store brands.
