I love to have my shoulders and neck massaged, so I bought this and it did not disappoint it’s so soft. It’s perfect for laying on the floor or even on your bed it’s so sturdy. It’s not only easy to assembly but it stores anymore.

5.0 out of 5 stars As Expected, Seems Like a Solid Replacement for Original Table’s Face Cradle
The face cradle that came with my massage table originally wouldn’t stay up—after locking it in place, it would ratchet back down during the massage. ☹️ I looked through the various replacement options and settled on this one. It is very similar to the original, but seems sturdier.(I did manage to repair the original one as well using an allen wrench, and so far, it’s held up, but I’m more comfortable having a backup cradle just in case it goes out again, as it’s very unpleasant to have it keep moving and not support the head.)

The Velcro is already starting to come off of the base. The clamp does not move or allow the face rest to be flush against the table. I was expecting better.

The lever to adjust the headrest gets stuck.in one position, making it difficult to place in the table. I've tried myself to adjust this feature multiple ways to no avail.
Sturdy, great, functional
I am a professional RMT this has been a game changer. I had to replace my old tables head rest which was very basic. This has the ability to adjust to each persons comfort easily during treatments. Is sturdy and have not had any issues thus far
BROKE IN 1 MONTH
Broke within 1 month of use. The lever used to change head rest height had broke off with seemly no way to get it back on. Have to cancel clients due to this
Plastic frame broke after 4 months
I guess it could’ve been just a coincidental defect but one of the rods where it goes in the insert holes in the massage table broke while I had a client on the table. Pillow is comfortable so at least I’m still able to use that. Plastic holder only lasted about 4 months though. Thank goodness I had a spare holder

I was given a free table without a head rest. I use it for my dad when his shoulder is stiff and help him get the kinks out. But he isn’t very comfortable without a head rest there. Got this head rest for him for Father’s Day. He was very happy and it fits perfectly!
