I bought one of these kits on a whim after eyeing them for a year, or so. I got the rose Quartz set and it is real rose Quartz gemstone. I see some people here complaining that theirs cracked. With crystals one must be very careful not to expose them to extreme temps (don’t freeze them, for instance) and handle them w/ care. Even with proper care, sometimes crystals can crack, especially if they were bumped or dropped hard during shipping.Anyway, I have chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic sinusitis. My eyes are always puffy, lymph nodes always swollen and my forehead had tension knots from constant fatigue and pain. The roller is naturally cool at room temp and so soothing. I roll it under and over my eyes, over my forehead and temples. Then I use it to drain my sinuses by rolling it across my head down to my ears, my cheeks down to my earlobes and then my ears down to my neck. I use the roller along my tonsils under my jaw as well to relieve the swelling. Yes, it feels SO good after and my face is significantly less puffy.The massage tool is intense. I use light pressure along my cheeks and forehead to really drain my lymph nodes and sinuses and along my armpits to help my lymph nodes. I use it to gently loosen the myofascial tissue in my neck and shoulders and OMG it loosens my neck better than a chiropractor or massage therapy session. Look up instructions on how to use the massage tool properly, and use gentle strokes and it really gets deep into the tissue and can be painful if you’re not careful.I really did not expect something so simple and inexpensive would be so effective, so soothing and worthwhile. But it really is. If you have pain, puffiness, tension, etc. treat yourself- you won’t be sorry!

I like cool sensation when using roller which has two sizes, one on each ends. Gua Sha is much more diverse in its functions. Not only it is good for face massage, it works well for a family member who is elderly. She uses it to massage her fingers, arms and legs. She complimented its quality and how well it works.

Quality seems nice, it feels good and the packaging was super cute! I liked how they included the instructions in case you don’t know what to do with it! Only sad thing is my first order came with brown scratch on it, so I returned for a new one and I just received the 2nd order and I can still notice a scratch on it but not as long or noticeable. It came the next day which I was happy about!

I got this product yesterday and I love it. It’s durable and feels great. I love how it has a little manual on how to use it. It feels so good after taking it out of the freezer in the morning.

I am a fair reviewer and will proceed to do as such. The product started off great and I’d like to mention on how I am a very light handed person especially with my face. Now let’s get into the review…Firstly, I purchased two of these as a gift for my best friend and I. The packaging was super secure while still feminine and cute . The instructions and face guides are so helpful when trying to navigate the landscape of your face. I love my Gua sha — great quality. Now as for the facial roller, it was really going great. I lightly have been using it before bed and store it securely. Then one day, while using on my face… the larger roller sized just popped off and dropped to the floor. Yep, there you have it. It fell apart. I really would like a new face roller… sigh. End of the review :-( .
