I’ve read people having issues with Apple carplay not working. I thought the same after installing. Quickly found out it’s all able the charging cable that you are using. Out of 8 different cables that I own only two of work flawlessly with the phone to stereo. I believe the cables you guys are using is the issue. I’ll upload both photos of regular Bluetooth connection and Apple CarPlay connected.

Had radio professionally installed. Screen is nice, sound is okay(a little flat). Product died within nine months, touch screen not responding.....found a loose wire from installer...

The radio is great, had a little bit of trouble getting it into English it was set to I think maybe Chinese, but a little Google search help me out, now that I got set right the radio is great, Love the DVD and CD player

DO NOT PURCHASE,DON’T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME INSTALLING THIS!!! It worked fine for a couple months the then APPLE CAR PLAY DISAPPEARED, I called tech support and went through reset and a couple processes.. CARPLAY was lost. Also the front facing CAMERA feature stopped working. They had me email warranty support and I NEVER got a response!, The $150.00 is the least of my LOSSES, the time to remove and install as well as the cameras. This thing is an absolute piece of CRAP. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. THAT 1 YEAR WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS A FARCE The 5th pic was how it looked when installed the first 3 are how it is now with limited functionality

Where to start thin box I'm lucky it wasn't damaged. Bad operating system generic no radio info on songs. Mic is muffled..sound adjustments are bad. But what can you expect for 150.00 removed my pioneer I miss a few things but like the large screen . And the screen won't stay up I had to put cardboard behind it so it won't lower on its own. If you mess with the equalizer you can get pretty good sound.

Received a defective item was sent a brand new one. Bolo stood behind this product if I was fortunate enough to get them to stay behind other ones that would be great but on this one, the new product got to me very fast.

The media could not be loaded. Salió defectuoso, estaba muy contenta por recibirlo pero no funcionó bien, los botones no reaccionaba, es una lástima pues está bonito el diseño y aún buen precio

Only issue is it does not keep time...It is wired up correctly btw...it has a constant power with no key(red memory wire)Carplay detected instantly and runs smoothly with google maps....Only other small gripe is no Fast boot....The nice clear bright display..aswell as analog volume dial makes it a great system...If you have problem with carplay not detecting..try another usb cable and make sure its in proper usb port on headunit..it has 2 on the front..one is kinda hidden.
Don't waste your time and money!
Defective item received and I had to pay around $45 to return it to the seller. Lesson learned no more Chinese brands...
