Love this machine! Easy to operate. Hopeful support staff although I needed limited help to set it up. We've been using it for three weeks, and it's just perfect for us!

We have a small store and use a few PLUs, plus some non-taxable sales. The manual was good, but not perfect on the setup instructions. Also be sure to have two AA batteries on hand before you program or you lose everything if you unplug the machine.Seems well-made, my only complain is that is difficult to pull the bills out of the slots to give change. There is a round plastic piece in each bill slot that instead of helping you grab the bills it gets in the way. I would buy this machine again.

I owned a royal cash register and used over a decade. Was very satisfied and wanted to purchase same and of course they no longer make so I bought this one. Numerous complaints. Number one the biggest you cannot tear off register tape at cut area because it will jam tape every time. Number 2 the rolls of tape are tiny. And if you are busy you have to constantly add another roll. Number 3. Programming discounts is forced amount. The old one you could simply put in amount of discount you wanted. I have tried to contact royal for assistance and have gotten nothing but a run around. Waste of money. Sadly I will never buy from this company again and would suggest that you don't buy this. Why do companies change a good thing to bad is beyond me.

It comes with a how to book but there are a lot of buttons and combinations to figure out. It also wont open if you run out of the receipt paper.
