This is the 2nd one of these we have purchased. It works GREAT for hot beverages - kept 5 gallons of coffee (and 5 gallons of water) piping hot for hours in the very cold outdoors. I have not used for cold beverages yet, but I would expect the same quality results. It has a very tight, secure seal around the top lid, so no sloshing or leaking. It's solid, but not too heavy, and the insulated plastic design is durable and smooth - no jagged edges or loose seals. The dispenser nozzle is easy to use, doesn't drip, and is easy enough to clean. Overall cleaning is easy - wiped with a soapy sponge and ran several cycles of boiling water through it. But from experience, if you use anything with sugar in it (hot chocolate, punch, etc.), be sure to thorougly clean and dry the inside, and leave the lid off to air out - if you seal it up with anything left in after use, you may get some mildew or mold inside - but that's a total user issue - actually shows how great the seal works! For the price, this is an excellent value - as mentioned, I've purchase two of these, and I've been extremely pleased with both. Would (and have!) definitely purchase again - definitely recommended.

It kept coffee hot in the freezing cold (20 deg F) so we could serve customers. Unfortunately the event that we were at didn't have the foot traffic we were hoping for due to the cold but this performed flawlessly. The coffee was still lukewarm the following morning - approximately 12 hours later (not all that time in 20 deg). Looking forward to using it again.

My wife runs a beverage trailer for wedding, parties, and festivals. I bought four of these for her. Black for coffee, brown for tea, blue and red for signature drinks. Good gaskets, they don’t leak. Most of the time we’re tired the day of an event so we wash them out the next day. Things are still hot/cold. Fantastic and great colors
