Refrigerated immediately to keep fresh. Tasty rye flavor that is very much like regular bread with a nice chewy texture. I like to use them for egg and cheese sandwiches, avocado toast, or sardine sandwiches with avocado mayo when I'm in ketosis. So far, they really add back the needed flavor for bread and add more options when doing keto. The thin slices help with controlling the calories and they fit nicely in the toaster too.

It’s pricey but it is a huge loaf and worth it. Been wanting a pastrami on rye and it did the job for keto diet! It was received still cold and great packaging. Gave it four stars because of the price but would buy it again.
