It was hard to do at first, but it was easy to do once you got it undone at least one time. I would recommend this product if you're bored and want something fun, challenging, and entertaining to do. FIVE STARS!!!

Very very cool. Once you start messing with it you realize it works like a 3d maze/puzzle. It feels like it’s of good quality being that it’s sturdy and it has a little weight to it. And it’s not soo small so you feel like it’s going to break or get lost. I fell in love with it and bought 9 more or different styles. Of those 9 I have 1 left I can’t figure out yes and it’s awesome. Some puzzles take a few minutes. Some hours. Some days and weeks. This one took me 3minutes. Best part is figuring it out then handing it to a friend and watch them work at it for a lil bit. Good value for the money.

My aunt brought this little teaser for me and my cousins to solve on Christmas with. Whoever figured it out first would get a $50 Bolo gift card. If you didn't read the title, in short: I broke it. We ended up scooping cotton balls out of a bowl with a spoon and putting them in red solo cups instead.I won that one too. Haha!Anyway, my guilt still got the better of me and I bought her a replacement. I am not going to touch those things this year to make the game fair for everyone else, lol. Good product, lots of fun. 10/10 recommend if you like watching people's brain cells crumble to dust.

The keys came unattached, already solved. My daughter had to watch the video to see how to assemble it. It's a gift for my grandson and I thought it would be attached when received like the picture showed. They're a lot smaller than I expected also.

Nothing special but we'll manufactured. No extra paint/coating or metal to make it more difficult or snag. Puzzles pieces move smoothly and freely. Should be easy-to-use without rubbing pieces.
