A tad small but then again I'm a big guy. But they aren't tiny like some. Good taste and texture (others seem rubbery, especially after toasting).Has become my go to brand when I fall off the no carb/carnivore wagon
Great Buns
These buns were excellent and well worth the money.
Low carb, high fiber, tastes great
I've been wanting a hot dog or a hamburger for quite awhile, but the buns are too many carbs. These are very fresh and taste great.
Excellent product but one small problem...
I have purchased the Franz hamburger buns twice and I like them quite a lot. Nevertheless, I have one problem with them. I have been on a Keto diet for almost five years and eat only one meal a day, mostly consisting of meat. I eat hamburgers quite often and was pleased to find that they actually make low-carb hamburger rolls. My grocery store sometimes stocks a different brand, but rarely. When I discovered that I could buy them through Bolo I did so right away. The rolls were excellent...certainly as good as those at the store. The difficulty was this: having to buy two packages and being forced to wait a week or so for them to be delivered, by the time I got to the last three or four, they had begun to turn green and had to be thrown out. I will continue to buy them, but is it at all possible to order them one bag at a time? They are a little expensive and it simply kills me to have to throw them out.
Worth every penny
These just taste like regular buns. I love being able to eat bread on keto! I keep these in the freezer and thaw them in the oven when I want to use them. They are a bit spendy, but they’re the best keto buns by a mile. Absolutely worth it.
Delicious lower sodium rolls
I bought this for my sister-in-law who has congestive heart failure. It is very difficult to find lower sodium bread and rolls. She loves these rolls. Now she can enjoy a burger on a real, lower sodium roll.

I'm a type II Diabetic and I try to eat foods for Diabetics and these rolls are great except for one thing the price is too high.
Good way to cut carbs
I'm not really keto anymore, but cutting carbs where I can and still get good flavor.
