Not for acid reflux suffers! I only ate half A can and my gut is burning. I am on antibiotics for lymes from tick bite and wanted probiotics. So I ordered this kimchi. This has A very delicious taste if you can tolerate spiciness and have no medical condition like acid reflux and gastritis.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:There is nothing like fresh kimchi, but this canned product is pretty good in a pinch! I don’t eat fresh fast enough before it turns, so these, refrigerated (where I keep the cans) are a good alternative. I keep these in stock and get the fresh when I feel like splurging.

This kimchi is tasty. It is reasonably crunchy even for being canned. It's got a good amount of heat but it's not too spicy. But for several dollars per can I am disappointed that they all arrived dented. The packaging is convenient but it the damage is unfortunate. I also don't think they're tasty enough to justify the premium price. I would definitely eat them again and might even buy them again but only if I catch them on a good sale.

This product gave me the worst food poisoning I have ever had. After looking at the other two cans I had left in the pack of three, I noticed that one of the cans was bulging out slightly. I have ordered this product before, but never will again and would tell anyone else who is considering this product, it's not worth the risk.

Good emergency kimchi. If you live in the areas far from Asian supermarkets, this is a good and delicious kimchi you can buy off Bolo. It tastes great and shelf stable. I bought this so I don’t have to go to my Asian supermarket often. I do like the fresh kimchi but this is more convenient for me.
